Your Success is My Mission!

Tim was born and raised in Michigan, but moved to the Upstate to attend college and begin his adult life. After college, Tim started his career as a house painter for the top residential paint company in Greenville. Working on new custom home construction, he learned to appreciate the hard work that goes into learning the painting trade and the process of building properties that are designed and quality-crafted to last and be a delight to live in. From baseboards to crown molding and from the lowest door thresholds to the highest gable-over-gable roof peaks, Tim has literally had his hands on every square inch of hundreds of the most exquisite homes here in the Upstate.

Recently, Tim decided it was in his family’s best interest to start a career that involved Real Estate from a different perspective. He wanted to shift from using his keen eyes and attention to detail in painting homes to instead, helping you discover and purchase the dream home of your very own. His mission is to see you succeed as a happy homeowner, building memories that last a lifetime.

A child of the 80’s and 90’s, and still just a kid at heart, Tim (AKA Homie Tim) enjoys almost anything Retro-Mod. Collecting, experiencing, and observing classic items that have been restored, remade, or rebooted but modified with modern updates gets his motor running. Tim has many loves. He loves God and serving in his local church. He loves taking road trips across the U.S. He loves all forms of art and style and especially tattoos. Good food and a little Scotch or Bourbon always puts him in a good mood. With a degree in Health, Fitness, and Recreation, he also loves sports and games of all varieties - basketball, snowboarding, and PlayStation being among his favorite hobbies. Most of all he loves quality time with his wife, Melanie, his two boys, Noa and Levi, and his English Lab, Boomie.
