Construction is booming at Bella Grove at Hollingsworth Park in Verdae. The 30 acre neighborhood, located in the city of Greenville, is a custom cottage community featuring homes that start in the high $400s. Among Bella Grove’s features are sidewalks and pocket parks, close proximity to Legacy Square and Legacy Park, a neighborhood walking trail and maintenance-free lawns.

Bella Grove is just one of the neighborhoods located in Hollingsworth Park’s 300 acres. The community offers apartments, town homes, luxury homes and retirement living. It sits right off of I-385, blocks from Laurens Road and just a few minutes from the shops, restaurants and attractions that line Woodruff Road.
