This essentially allows you to move forward with no hassle and without ever listing it on the market. The price you’ll get with this option will more closely resemble wholesale value. This isn’t for everyone, but it can be a perfect fit for some.
2. Convert your home into an investment property. When you do this with us through the trade-in program, we take care of the front-end operations associated with renting out your home.
3. Sell your home with us at a reduced commission. This saves you several thousands of dollars. Also, the reduced commission does not mean we put in a lower amount of effort into marketing and selling your home. We don’t cut any corners.
