Today, we are super excited to announce two opportunities that have recently opened up at The Haro Group.
When we’re hiring, we are not looking for people that simply want a job. We’re looking for people who see real estate as their calling, who love coming to work everyday. We follow a very extensive hiring process to make sure that we match people with roles that are a great fit with their god-given talents.
There are two roles we are currently hiring for at the moment.
The first position we’re looking to fill is a listing coordinator. The average agent in North America sells seven homes every year, whereas our agents sell over forty. In order for them to this and provide a maximum amount of value to our clients, they need amazing administrative talent to support them. It’s the job of the listing coordinator to prep the agent for a potential seller. Once the seller has decided to do business with us, it’s the listing coordinator that guides the client through getting the home ready for the market. This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond to WOW our clients.
The second position we’re looking to fill is a transaction coordinator. Once the listing goes under contract, the next step is taken on by the transaction coordinator. This person coordinates everything from the beginning of a sale to the close of escrow. This includes handling paperwork, scheduling appointments, coordinating communication between all parties and team members, and doing whatever it takes to ensure a successful and timely close.
