Can’t get close enough to downtown Greenville? Well, if living in the heart of downtown is your dream, you’re in luck—several plans are in the works for new condos to be developed in downtown Greenville.
In November, plans for a 24-condo community at 110 North Markley Street were submitted for review. The luxury condos would feature a common courtyard and high-end finishes. The area is very close to several of Greenville’s West End attractions, including Flour Field and the Kroc Center, and only few blocks from Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
More details about the Markley Street plans are available at the Upstate Business Journal.
At the beginning of December, plans were also submitted for a new complex at the intersection of Main and Broad St., where the Greenville News building now sits. In addition to a beautiful plaza, restaurants, a hotel, a theater, offices and apartments, the plans call for 16 luxury condos overlooking Falls Park.
In addition to a great view, each condo will be large (more than 2000 square feet) and have private parking.
These plans are yet to be approved, and not all details have been released to the public. You can learn more about the plans and see a tentative map at GreenvilleOnline.
