In 2021 we were so excited to serve 268 clients, which was even more than we served in 2020. We helped 99 families sell their homes, and 169 families buy a home. One of the most important and exciting things we learned in 2021 was that we had the best Sold to Original Price Ratio (103.6%) of the top 50 Real Estate firms by volume on residential houses in the Greenville MLS. What exactly does that mean? It means that we were the number one team in netting more money on our clients’ home sales than any other firm in the Upstate! That is such an incredible win for clients of The Haro Group!
Both team members and clients experienced fantastic personal wins in 2021. Two of our team members welcomed new babies to their growing families this year, and we celebrated even more client babies throughout the year. They all look so adorable in the THG onesies we sent to them!
While many grew their families, still others grew their investment portfolios through purchasing rental properties. Four of our own team members bought either their first or an additional income property, and we helped numerous clients do the same. Real Estate investment continues to be one of the best ways to create generational wealth, and we love to help people get started on that path.
Another investment opportunity that we were able to introduce this year was our Employee 401k Program. We are proud to be one of the only Real Estate offices in this area (or any other!) to offer a program like this to our salaried employees. This is an excellent opportunity for our team members to plan for future financial goals.
Our work extends past our team members and even our clients to the community at large. As many of you know, we have had the privilege of being the presenting sponsor of the Julie Valentine Center’s Run2Overcome 5k and 10k for the past seven years. Last year, they hit an all-time fundraising record for that event with our own company fundraising team leading the charge. We’re so grateful for your partnership and contributions to support the work of this incredibly worthy group in our community!
