The Upstate South Carolina real estate market has been tremendous as of late. We have already experienced a 60% year-over-year growth! This resulted in a boom in business, and some opportunities for new people to join our team as we expand our business.
We are having more fun than ever, and we are currently the #1 Keller Williams team in Upstate South Carolina, while also being the #2 team in all of the Carolinas. Right now, we’ve got a variety of positions open. Here’s an overview of what they are and what you can expect from each of the roles.
First up, we’ve got room to add some buyer’s agents. This is a straight commission role, and last year our average buyer’s agent made $100,000 and they all made more than $90,000 while averaging 42 units closed each.
We are having more fun than ever.
Next, we’ve got opportunities for listing specialists to join us. This is a salaried role that also includes commission. Every listing specialist on our team has made and will continue to make more than six figures per year. It’s a very leveraged role. All your appointments are set and administrative staff moves the transaction along for you. Your job is to simply list and sell homes.
We’re also looking for some people to join our support staff. We want to add a few more inside sales agents to set appointments for the members on our team. It’s more of a 9-5 role than the other two, and a great way to learn about the business.
Finally, we have a few administrative roles open, including as a transaction coordinator. In addition to that, we are also looking for people who want to lead and build a team within The Haro Group to join us in a leadership role.
As you can see, there is a lot of opportunity on our team, and we’re only going to continue to grow. My daughter-in-law Stephanie Summer may have mentioned that I would be contacting you regarding a possible position in an administrative role with your group. A little bit about my background… I was a REALTOR with RE/MAX Foot hills from 2004 – 2008. Loved Real Estate and pushed my self to #6 REALTOR with RE/MAX. I have worked in other office positions as Bookkeeper, Office Manager, Purchasing Manager/Accounting Assistant.
