The Rankings Are In …

 

 

REAL Trends, in conjunction with The Wall Street Journal, just released the real estate agents and teams named to the 2018 The Thousand. This is the 13th year the list ranking America’s top 1,000 real estate agents and teams has been released.  Those honored to make the list are recognized as the top one-half of one percent of more than 1.3 million licensed real estate professionals in the nation. This is the second  year in a row The Haro Group Keller Williams Historic District has been included in The Thousand.

 

The Thousand is divided into four categories, each listing the top 250 designees:

• Individual Agent by Sales Volume
• Individual Agent by Transaction Sides
• Agent Team by Sales Volume
• Agent Team by Transaction Sides

 

The Haro Group is honored to be included in that last category – Agent Team by Transaction Side. In 2017, we had the opportunity to help our clients close just under 473 transactions, making us 3rd in South Carolina and 95th in the nation when it comes to the number of closed deals. To put that into perspective for you, the average agent in the U.S. closed eight transactions in 2017. The average Haro Group agent closed 36.
